Download centre is the report repository of the panel. All call data which is older than 1 month can be searched here and can downloaded from here.

Data can be searched and downloaded based on the basis of source (Business number) and the member (employee) itself.

Steps for fetching the data.

1. Select the Download centre from the menu.
2. Click on the the date and select Custom Range.
3. Choose the date range click on submit.
4. Select the source (Business number) and the member (employee)
5. Click on export
6. The reports can be downloaded by clicking on the "Download" option under actions tab.
