Blacklist numbers is an attractive feature on the panel which gives access to block spam calls on the IVR. Admin as well as the users can block the unwanted calls on the panel thus providing an efficient way to to block the spammers and increase the efficiency of the resources.
Platform provides 2 ways to block the spam calls
Block the caller by using Blacklist Number feature
This feature allows the users to block number/s. The user can block a single number or can block in bulk. This feature is only available for users having ADMIN access
In order to block a particular number, the user needs to click on the "Add Single Blacklist Number". A pop-up window appears and the number to be blocked can be added manually in the panel.
In order to block numbers in bulk, the user needs to click on the "Add Bulk Blacklist Number". A pop-up window appears and the numbers to be blocked can be uploaded in the panel. The panel accepts only .txt format, user needs to ensure that the file format is correct and there are no special characters in the file .
Block the caller from the call log
In order to block a particular number from the call logs, the user needs to click on the "Action Tab". A pop-up window appears and the user need to click on the "Block Number". This feature is available for user's having "Regular" access
