In simple terms, WebRTC is the feature through which you can receive and make calls directly from your computer system without the need to use your mobile phone. The most attractive thing about this feature is that you don’t need to download any third-party apps other than VPN software. Benefits: You can access the browser phone directly from the panel that we will provide you. A big advantage of this is that you can track your calls better. While attending the call, you can access your logs and customer information on the same panel, with no window switching required. thus saving your call connectivity, particularly for your team side. It involves no third-party apps. How to Setup and Use WebRTC Browser Phone - In this document, you will find a step-by-step, detailed description of:
