Switching to CallerDesk from another cloud telephony provider is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) & Port Number:
- Request an NOC & PORT Number from your current telephony provider.
- This document gives you permission to transfer your existing number.
- Forward Calls to Your CallerDesk Number:
- Once you receive the NOC and port number, you can switch your SIM card from your old provider to CallerDesk and then map to our DeskPhone number.
- This ensures a smooth transition without missing any customer calls.
- Configure Your CallerDesk Account:
- Log in to your CallerDesk dashboard.
- Set up call routing, IVR, and other features as needed.
- Test & Go Live:
- Make a few test calls to ensure everything is working perfectly.
- You’re now ready to manage your calls with CallerDesk!
