Switching to CallerDesk from another cloud telephony provider is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) & Port Number:
    • Request an NOC & PORT Number from your current telephony provider.
    • This document gives you permission to transfer your existing number.
  2. Forward Calls to Your CallerDesk Number:
    • Once you receive the NOC and port number, you can switch your SIM card from your old provider to CallerDesk and then map to our DeskPhone number. 
    • This ensures a smooth transition without missing any customer calls.
  3. Configure Your CallerDesk Account:
    • Log in to your CallerDesk dashboard.
    • Set up call routing, IVR, and other features as needed.
  4. Test & Go Live:
    • Make a few test calls to ensure everything is working perfectly.
    • You’re now ready to manage your calls with CallerDesk!
