The CallerDesk – HubSpot Integration enables users to seamlessly sync call data with their HubSpot CRM. With this integration, you can:
- Automatically log call activities in HubSpot.
- View call data associated with HubSpot contacts.
- Streamline lead management and customer interactions.
Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install and connect CallerDesk with HubSpot:
1. Login to CallerDesk
- Navigate to CallerDesk.
- Go to API & Integration from the left menu.
- Locate the HubSpot integration card and click Connect.

2. Authorize HubSpot Access
- A new window will open asking you to choose your HubSpot account.
- Select the HubSpot account you want to integrate with CallerDesk.
- Click Choose Account.

3. Grant Permissions
- Review the permissions requested by CallerDesk.
- Click Connect App to proceed.

4. Confirmation
- Once the connection is successful, a Success popup will appear in CallerDesk.
- You can now access your call data in HubSpot.

How to Use the Integration
1. View Call Logs in HubSpot
- Navigate to your HubSpot CRM.
- Open a contact’s profile and check the call activity section.
2. Track Call Performance
- Use HubSpot’s reporting features to analyze call trends.
- Improve customer interactions with insights from call logs.
3. Automate Workflows
- Set up HubSpot automation to trigger actions based on call activity.
Disconnecting HubSpot from CallerDesk
If you want to disconnect the integration:
- Login to CallerDesk
- Go to API & Integration > HubSpot Integration
- Click Delete next to the configured HubSpot account.
- Confirm Disconnection
- Once disconnected, call logs will no longer sync.
Uninstalling the Integration from HubSpot
To remove CallerDesk from HubSpot:
- Login to HubSpot
- Go to Marketplace> Connected Apps
- Find CallerDesk and Click Action
- Click to Uninstall
- Confirm Uninstallation
