What is a CallerDesk Trial Account?

A CallerDesk Trial Account lets you explore our features for free before upgrading to a paid plan. When you sign up, we give you free trial credits so you can test how CallerDesk works.

These trial credits can only be used within CallerDesk to try out different features—they cannot be used for anything outside CallerDesk.

How to get started with my CallerDesk Trial Account?

  1. Log in to your CallerDesk Trial Account
    • Click the login link.
    • Enter your registered email ID and password.
    • You’ll be redirected to your trial dashboard.
  2. Try out key features
    • Set up a business IVR system.
    • Test call routing and call tracking.
    • Check your call logs and reports with call analytics.
  3. Need more trial credits?
    • Contact our Support team to extend the validity or to  request extra trial credits.
