8. How to do Live Call Tracking through admin dashboard?

Live call tracking is the method of monitoring phone calls from the time they are made by the customer to the agents answering the call. It ensures that the customer's phone calls are immediately directed to the right agent and enables the agent to monitor the call-in real time.

You can view the information of your LIVE callers by clicking on "Live Calls" tab under call logs page and get to know the details like what number the call originated from, the time at which the call landed, and much more.
