Below is the step-by-step tutorial for setting up the Single Leg MobileAppCall routing via the CallerDesk Mobile application. Here's the process:
Step 1: User Management
- Log in to the web panel of your Callerdesk application.
- Navigate to the “Members” section under “User Management.”.
- Click on “Invite Members” and add the members who will be involved in the mobile app based outgoing call. Provide their relevant details, such as names, contact information, and "Access,” as per your requirement.
- Mark your member's “Type” as “Normal” and save.
Step 2: IVR Journey Setup
- Go to the IVR journey configuration section, which is in left side of your web portal.
- Look for the "App Call Routing" option and select it. This will open the configuration settings for the App Call Routing IVR journey.
- Follow the steps outlined above and then click the Save button.
Step 3: Mobile Application Installation
- Determine the mobile application required for using the App Call Routing IVR journey.
- Go to the Android play store for your device's operating system
- Search for the CallerDesk mobile application and download/install it on your mobile device.

- Once the installation is complete, launch the mobile application.
Step 4: Using the CallerDesk Mobile App Based outgoing Call solution:
- Open the mobile application you installed in the previous step.
- Login by using your “member” credentials.
- Click on the “Dialer Icon" on the first page of the application and start using it by dialing your destination number.
- You can check all the MobileAppCall reports under Report< App Call section in mobile application as well as on the web portal
