simple voice broadcast is one of the bulk voice message solutions available in the panel it can be used for both transactional and marketing purposes to get started, select the voice broadcast option under the voice reach tab here are the steps to set up a bulk voice broadcast begin by selecting the voice broadcast tab from the left sidebar in this section, you can set up a campaign with the objective of making bulk outgoing calls choose “ create new ” in the broadcast setup a pop up window will appear where you need to add a name to the campaign, select simple routing, and upload your desired voice clip save your campaign by clicking on the save button now you can allocate channels based on the speed at which you want to execute the campaign select “ normal obd ” as the broadcast type upload the mobile number database that you want to use for initiating the campaign schedule the start and end time of the campaign and click on the “ send ” tab to proceed to check the status of your campaign, click on “ view all campaigns ” here, you can see a summary of each individual campaign including its type, total data count, live delivery status, and pending database watch a full detailed video here
