The security of the data is always an important aspect of any cloud platform. We at callerdesk understand it's importance and have taken adequate measures to ensure that your data is not only secure but even activities of each member can be tracked. Callerdesk platform has 5 security features

Activity History
This feature of the platform allows the ADMIN to check the details of the activity of its users on the platform. The history tracker keeps the track of the user such as their IP address, date & time and activity on the panel.
Two-way Authentication
This feature allows the customers to add additional security of OTP apart from normal userid and password for the panel. The OTP is sent on the registered mobile number and the email id of the user after they enter their login id and password on the panel. This feature can be enabled and disabled from here.
Security Question
This feature allows the customers to add additional security of " Security Question" apart from normal userid and password for the panel. The user after using their login id and password on the panel need to answer the " Security Question". This feature can be managed, enabled and disabled from here.
Allowed IP Address
This feature allows the customers to add additional security of restricting its users to access the panel from unauthorized IP addresses. The users can not access the panel until they are in the network of the registered IP . The customer can register their static IP address in the panel and secure their data on the panel. This feature can be managed, enabled and disabled from here.
Change Password
The users with the ADMIN access can change the password of the panel by using this feature
