Voice Template

The Platform provides a convenient and user-friendly interface for users to personalize and modify their voice recordings. These recordings can then be utilized in various applications, such as IVR systems for voice notifications like welcome tones, ringing tones, and out-of-office messages.

To visit, click on the left-side bar and click on the Custom Voice Template section.



In this tab, users can save up to 15 templates for nine different purposes. This ensures that they have a diverse range of options to choose from when customizing their voice recordings.

To make things even more convenient, the platform supports uploading voice recordings in .wav format. This means that users can easily upload their preferred recordings and use them whenever they are needed. Whether it’s for a specific IVR prompt or a general voice notification, the Platform has got users covered.

Voice clip uploaded requirement : ( Pcm signed 16 bit mono, 8k hz, .wav file format )
