Points to remember:

For MobileAppcall routing you must have follow these steps –

1. Agent should not be in sip phone or browser phone. Always it should be as "Normal" type.

2. Configure the DeskPhone under “AppCallRouting” in IVR journey.

3. Outgoing and Incoming Desk Phone should be allocated in the account. Incoming DID will be displayed on destination number. Same can be used for call-back by the receiver.

4. Install mobile application only with the same agent sim number which is already added in the panel in active mode.

5. Login on mobile application via Member login and password only. Admin cannot use the mobile Appcall feature unless number is added as Member.
