Solution: MobileAppCall
How it works
2min
Here's a breakdown of how this solution would work:
Process:
Click to call outgoing single Leg functionality:
- When a user initiates a call through the mobile app, the app will send a request to the CallerDesk system.
- The Callerdesk system receives the call request from the mobile app.
- The system routes the call through the linked “Incoming Caller Desk Deskphone” number to the desired destination number.
- The destination number receives the call, with the caller ID displaying the “Incoming CallerDesk Desk Phone” number rather than the user's personal number.
- If the receiver of the call wants to call back, then the call will transfer as per the IVR flow of that particular linked " “Incoming CallerDesk Deskphone” number.
Call recording:
- As the call takes place, the Callerdesk system records the conversation between the parties.
- The system saves the recorded call in your Callerdesk portal for future reference and analysis.
- Relevant details and analytics about the call, such as call duration, timestamps, caller ID, and call outcome, are also captured and stored in the portal.
Accessing Call Details and Analytics:
- Log in to your Callerdesk portal or administration panel.
- Navigate to the call recording or analytics section.
- You can search and filter through the recorded calls based on various criteria such as date, caller ID, or duration.
- Analyze the call recordings and gather insights from the available analytics to track performance, monitor quality, or extract valuable information.
By implementing this solution, users can make outgoing calls directly from the mobile application, utilizing a deskphone number as the caller ID. The conversation between the user and the destination number is recorded and stored in the Callerdesk portal, allowing you to review and analyze the calls for various purposes.
